After-School Nanny – Chiswick (W4)

A warm and welcoming American family based in Chiswick (W4) is seeking an enthusiastic and active After-School Nanny to care for their son from September, when he turns three and starts pre-prep school at Kensington Wade near Hammersmith.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 3:30pm – 6:30pm
- Start: September 2025

Responsibilities:
- Collect the child from school and accompany him safely home to Chiswick.
- Plan and supervise engaging, active, and outdoor-focused activities, including visits to local parks, playgrounds, and bike rides.
- Encourage a screen-free environment and support the child's development through play and exploration.
- Prepare a simple, healthy evening meal before the parents return home.
- Maintain a positive, nurturing, and stimulating routine after school.

The family would appreciate:
- Occasional babysitting/date-night cover.
- Flexibility to provide additional support during half-terms and school holidays, where possible.

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience caring for preschool or school-aged children.
